With more than 25 years’ construction industry experience working for several major contractors and consultants, Dan leads the Equate business and has been a director within the company since 2017.
Using his knowledge and expertise, Dan is committed to developing the business by ensuring the Equate strategic plans align with both the industry and client’s vision for the next five years.
Having a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London, with over 6 years’ professional experience. Nadereh is also CIMA part-qualified, looking to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Assistant Design Engineer
Morgan studied BEng in Civil and Structural Engineering from Newcastle University, and from there he has gained Experience on-site as a site engineer in the construction industry.
Further to this, in the rail industry, Morgan gained experience in producing project management documents and designing as a Design Engineer.
Other activities include: setting out, engineering management, drawing with AutoCAD and MicroStation whilst currently working towards ICE Chatership.
Jon is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 20 years industry experience. Jon has worked in a broad range of disciplines including rail, infrastructure, buildings and highways in both Project Management and Engineering Management positions. Jon can manage design organisations and project delivery teams to ensure that the highest standards of engineering assurance are achieved. Jon also manages BCM’s graduate training scheme which provides junior engineers with the opportunity to gain a professional qualification.
With 4 years railway and 9 years Civil Engineering experience. Professional work experience includes a range of civil engineering, project management and tendering, all of which has broadened Paul’s outlook, made him more capable and knowledgeable where he has a wide yet rounded offering. Paul’s role and skillset encompasses Setting Out, Surveying, Engineering Project Resourcing, Project Handback Management, and CDM documentation production with specific expertise in CRT Coordination and Track Monitoring Management. Currently working towards being a professionally qualified member of the ICE.
Merryl is the Commercial Manager for Equate and is responsible for all commercial matters from contract execution through to completion.
An associate member of RICS with more than 10 years’ experience in Civil and Rail Construction, working on a range of design and build projects such as ground remediation, marine piling & decking, urban regeneration and re-signalling works.
